नई दिल्ली: कांग्रेस नेता संदीप दीक्षित ने बयान दिया। उन्होंने कहा कि एक समय था जब हमें लगता था कि दिल्ली को पूर्ण राज्य का दर्जा मिलना ही चाहिए। लेकिन जिस तरह से अब दिल्ली काम कर रही है, केंद्र और दिल्ली सरकार के बीच जिस तरह का सत्ता का बंटवारा है।
